Thank you to Sally who helped me exchange a watch that didn’t work properly. She was kind enough to try to help me with another of the same watch but seemed defective and it also did not work. She suggested a different one which was a bit more but was similar and I was good with that. She was friendly and knowledgeable. When I walked in, it looked like she was training someone on register. She acknowledged me after she turned and asked what I needed. I had been standing there for a bit . 2 associates were at the counter and one young lady texting on phone. Neither acknowledged and even when they looked up they didn’t greet. Sally asked for one of the guys to open counter door and he walked towards a different counter and didn’t acknowledge the kid that needed help. Your other associates wander don’t help r greet customers..Sally looked like she was babysitting grown people. She was the only one greeting . I’m a retail manager and your store lacks friendly engaging associates. I think your store makes sales on its own, you’d probably make more of your associates engaged w customers...

I grabbed the items off the displays with the buy 1 get 1 half off, and when the manager was ringing up my order, she said only the cheapest items would be half off. I was trying to buy two beanies and two belts. The beanies are $10 each, and the belts are $22. She was only going to take half off the beanies?? So instead of me saving $20, I only saved $5 if I bought all 4 items. That's not a deal.
Then my wife asked if we could do separate transactions, and then she said we couldn't because it's policy. Needless to say, I didn't take the belts, and the manager was upset that I didn't want the belts either.

Someone ahead of me was doing an online order and they had me waiting for 15+ minutes while the other 3 stood around, one was even riding around on a skateboard. I had an item that I found in the clearance section and asked the price. She said this isn’t clearance I asked her can u please talk to your manager to compensate for the times wasted waiting. She walked to the door of the office and immediately returned to me saying she couldn’t do anything.
