I absolutely hate to give a bad negative review. If you read my reviews maybe I have given one negative review in my almost 10 plus years of reviews. But here I have been coming to this exact Taco Bell for 3 years now. My daughter is in the 2nd grade and she loves Taco Bell. After school since kindergarten I have been taken her to Taco Bell after school. She can eat Taco Bell daily but as an adult I can’t I need a break a day or 2. But I enjoy taco bell going back to the 70’s. I bring my different food and always order for my daughter as well as a drink for me. This particular time the manager had a new worker scream at me from the counter to the back of the seating area that I couldn’t bring in food . I apologized and said “ I didn’t know I did not see any signs posted that you couldn’t bring in other foods”, I have been coming here for almost 3 years daily and I always purchase food here because my daughter loves Taco Bell she rather have Taco Bell then a happy meal at McDonald’s. At this point I am talking to the manager and explained I didn’t see any signs posted and I apologize but I think it’s rude and disrespectful for you to scream at me from the counter. I have my daughter with me what type of example are you promoting????? He literally said he doesn’t care he can be as rude and disrespectful as he wants. So I turned around walked out and I will go to a different Taco Bell going forward. Fast food is everywhere and in orange country a Taco Bell is always around the corner. I don’t think this attitude or vibe is a demeanor that drawls customers in to spend their hard earned money. No matter what that unhinged manager can’t take away happy memories of my daughter and I eating Taco Bell and finishing her homework since kindergarten. Their is another Taco Bell a mile away on harbor and edinger and also Del taco is actually cheaper and always has a smile...
Read moreOn 12/17/22 around 9pm went in for some 7” layers “ nacho fries burritos and a few other items , everything was fine until I was driving home eating my burrito and noticed it was missing guacamole. I pulled over and checked the other one and same thing , no guac to be found ….:/ pretty much my whole order was incorrect. Experience was not so great since the beginning , from communication to order accuracy . But anyways I went back and explained what the issue was , and they agreed to correct my order , I told them to take the previous food and they said it’s ok to keep it . So once they corrected my order I drove off and once I got home same deal , no guacamole in my 7 layer burritos:/ I did notice they were smirking when I notified them that my order was wrong . I’ve been here a few time and they are not consistent with accuracy in food. Need better training at...
Read moreNGL it was my fault for not reading the reviews of this location. If you want to be ripped off, come to this location. I paid 15 dollars for this. Fries weren't even filled half way, and little to no meat on a chalupa. The only good thing that came out of this was the Baja blast. I've tried other chalupas at other locations and by far better than this, haven't been to Taco Bell in months and wanted a chalupa. Shouldn't have come to this location tho. So definitely there is a problem with this location. Could be that the workers were tired, but for the amount of food I got I should have paid 7 dollars for it and not over 12 dollars. NGL if I wanted nothing in the food, I would have just eaten air, would have been better than this food. Ruined my dinner for tonight....
