My husband surprised me with a cheeseboard for valentines’ day and it is the best charcuterie I’ve ever had. Their charcuterie boards are beautifully crafted, featuring a perfect balance of premium meats, artisanal cheeses, fresh fruits (even a fig!!), and gourmet jam. The presentation alone is stunning—almost too beautiful to eat! My favourite was the blue cheese stuffed olives, I have never tried anything like it!

Beyond aesthetics, the quality of ingredients is outstanding. Every bite was bursting with flavour, from the creamy, rich cheeses to the perfectly sliced cured meats.

It was really good value considering how luxurious the charcuterie is. Aside from the extremely reasonable price, they were also super thoughtful and included a handwritten card with all the charcuterie ingredients listed (see photo).

Everything was so aesthetic and well thought of. Even the little skewer stick had pearl decoration! Our Valentine’s special came in a beautiful round plate that we’ve kept and used to serve guests in our own home.

After checking with me that it was okay, she came to the venue a few days before the event to get the lay of the land. Day of, she arrived with plenty of time to set up and found the perfect spot to set up. Her friendly and calm demeanor made all the guests feel quite comfortable. I’m a vegetarian, and not only did Angela accommodate that, but she also incorporated all my favorite cheese board items (fresh fruit, dried fruit, gouda, brie, jam, olives, dark chocolate, and more!) and preferences into the assortment. I had told her I love figs and goat cheese, and she even found a fig goat cheese! My guests were happy and impressed, and I was delighted. We had more than enough food, and Angela even sent me home with a nice amount of leftovers.
