NEVER STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE CLEANLINESS OR GOOD SERVICE!

TLDR: It's dirty, they're liars and it's clearly not professionally managed.

I had the displeasure of staying here over the weekend with my cousin. We were in town for a 49ers game. Let me tell you a comprehensive list of the nice things about staying here:

It's very close to the stadium

Now, let me tell you about the terrible experience we had.

The main issue is that we arrived very late on Friday night after a 6 hour flight so we went straight into the room to sleep. The first thing we noticed when we got in there was that someone left a rag on the nightstand. It was late and we figured it was just accidentally left by the cleaning people. I took some napkins, grabbed it and put it into the trash. We should have taken this as a sign of things to come.

The next morning we go to shower and see someone's hair smeared across the shower wall. BARF We were incredulous. It was a clear sign that the place hadn't been professionally cleaned.

We went downstairs to talk to someone about it and the two......attendants (Narrator: they weren't attending to anything except their nicotine fix. In fact, they were in the parking lot smoking and weren't eager to help as they saw us walking toward the front desk)...the "attendants" were dismissive of our claims that there was hair in the shower or a rag on the counter. To that end, they said we should have said something the previous night. When I tried to point out to him my inability to warp space-time to both go back in time AND know something about a shower I had yet to look at, he still resisted. They fought against it so much that I escorted him to the room to show him the rag in the trashcan as well as the hair that I had wiped away from the shower wall while gagging. BARF Unable to deny the proof, he assured me someone would clean the room immediately. NOTE: HE NEVER APOLOGIZED. At this point, I told him that we expected a discount on the room. He said he would get his manager to take care of it.

We were leaving for a few hours so we didn't stay to watch them complete the work. When we arrived back, the trashcans hadn't been cleaned.....THEY STILL HADN'T CLEANED THE ROOM! (I have timestamps from my pictures)

At this point, we were going to be gone most of the next day and I knew I didn't want to argue with them so I just wiped stuff down and waited until the next day to speak to them again. Now they said that their manager was out for the weekend and would take care of it on Monday. I explained that we had a red-eye on Monday and he said that he would definitely talk to her.

It is now Wednesday and I haven't received so much as a text or email from them. Kumar (the primary "attendant") is a liar and their entire establishment is unprofessional. They have them sleeping in the room behind the front desk and they don't close the door so you can see all their stuff from the front like their open Dominoes pizza box.

Here are some other fun notes about this poorly run establishment:

Half the ceiling lights didn't work One side of the desk lamp didn't work The door to the bathroom wasn't fitted properly so it both swings open itself and dragged against the floor indicating the floor was likely uneven. The shower water doesn't stay very hot, just luke warm. The toilet seat wasn't secured so it slid around.

I guess I've spent enough time giving you my thoughts. I hope someone else buys this place because it could be a really good spot. There are restaurants just across the street and it's super close Levi's. If I were to guess, the employees aren't empowered to do much and the low-standards and rude behavior are a reflection of management. Kumar and crew still need to hold themselves accountable for wanting to do better. There isn't a price they could pay me to stay here again that's lower than 10x the hospital bills I risk by...

DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could choose less stars, I would. This was the WORST hotel/motel experience I’ve ever had to endure. Beginning with check in, the agent had to run outside and check rooms to see if one was ready for us. He was not wearing a mask even though there was a sign outside that stated masks were required for entry. Our room was dirty, stains on the sheets and towels, hair of all kinds everywhere, the TV didn’t work and the smell of bleach was so overpowering we had to open a window. We were eventually moved to the room next door which had less stains on the sheets and less of a bleach smell. The shower, we discovered later that night, had dirt and stains inside it as well. The pillows didn’t fit inside the pillow cases and were grimy and dirty. This isn’t even the worst of it. The following morning we were rudely awaken to the sounds of construction. I’m not talking your typical construction. I mean drilling on the side of our room. So incredibly loud that we couldn’t even speak to each other inside. It was constant and started promptly at 8am. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We were given no warning that there would be construction and loud noises in the morning. I advise you...

Thieves. If you want your money stolen, book here. I made a reservation through Priceline with an incorrect date. Front Desk guy told me my reservation was marked as no show and the room was bought out. I called Priceline to get a refund. Priceline told me Hotel staff was refusing to refund the reservation even though I never stepped foot into a room & they got their revenue for the room regardless. I even escalated it with Priceline but now supposedly they're waiting to hear back from the manager, "Mary" Update: Mary is attempting to back track what her front Desk staff already divulged. The first thing he said after marking as no show was that the room was bought out. One simple chat with Priceline would have informed you that reservation was made in error around 12 am on Sept 3. So, as an establishment you should have reached out seeing that check-in date was set for Sept 2-3., but no you & your front Desk guy were adamant on keeping my money when he already informed me revenue for the room was collected. Please don't lie for views. Shady business...

Stayed here a few nights. Spacious room and the heating/ac was nice and powerful. Water from the shower was very soft, up to a point where it takes so much longer for your soap to get washed off. The only downside of the room was there's no proper sound insulation in between rooms, so you could actually hear loud noises from next door. Not very nice especially when you're woken up in the middle of the night. Overall, not a bad place to stay. The area is very peaceful and accessible to a good coffee shop just across the street. And oh, 3 minutes walk and you're in Safeway. :)

I booked this motel through hotels.com. I would never stay here again! The floors were clean-ish but looked dirty! We checked in and I wiped the floor and it the paper towel was dirty! Sheets had stains. Showers were only hot for a few minutes. Towels are cheap and never dried. Our smoke detector went off and wouldn’t turn off! The ironing board had a tear in the cover. Broken drawers. Dirty walls! Just got what others on hotels.com rated it. It’s a decent location, coffee shop across the street and places to eat in walking distance!
