The details: We bought our second floor carpet at (and had installed by) Loews six years ago. While the quality is decent, I don't believe the installation was stellar. With every carpet cleaning, more and bigger bubbles in the carpeting would develop. We also had a big beach stain dropped in the carpet shortly after we had installed.

Over a few hours, Josh was able to stretch and tighten all of the carpet -- he ended up taking four inches out of our master bedroom -- and was able to utilize that extra perfectly to repair the bleach stain. Had major problems with my carpet. Was installed by the builder (DR Horton) & at first it appeared OK but after a couple years got ripples all over & was bunching up on the edges. Thought I would have to replace it but then found the Carpet Repair Guys. Josh can perform miracles! He worked for 7 hours getting out all the ripples & removing the excess carpet at the edges. i was amazed that he could make it look so good. I HIGHLY recommend Josh if you have any problems with your carpeting....

Just had Josh come by to fix up our pet damaged carpet. After about 40 mins the carpet looked like nothing had ever happened to it! The carpet looks great and I couldn't be happier. He was picking up bits and pieces making sure not to leave a mess. Josh was professional.
