The Melt

My boyfriend and I came here today and this is one of his favorite places to go and basically his comfort spot, so I was excited to see why he loves it so much. The food is great, but what really stood out was the amazing service. Def should be your go to spot when you’re chatting with your friends while enjoying good food!

Clark, the cashier, was so kind and attentive. He checked on us multiple times to make sure we were doing okay and had everything we needed. It felt like he genuinely cared about our experience, which made our visit even more special. 10/10!

He also surprised us with a sample of their chocolate chip cookies and wow, they were perfecttttt! The flavor wasn’t too sweet, and the texture was spot on: doughy in the middle and perfectly crunchy on the outside. It paired perfectly with our meal (crispy chicken sandwich, double mushroom burger, and single mushroom burger).

Burgers: 10/10 meat was juicy and tender bun was soft crispy onions were the perfect addition to the burgers

highly recommend getting the sweet potato fries because they were so crispy and not too sweet either! (Hits the spot EVERY TIME!!)

The overall atmosphere is super calm and welcoming, making it a great spot to just relax and enjoy some good comfort food. Now I see why my boyfriend always wants to come here and I’ll definitely be coming back too! Thank you the melt team...

One of the few QSR places we've frequented. And for this particular branch, I'm happy to acknowledge they've held on to their promise on making me go 'I love it here!'

The food is exceptional - personal favorite the crispy chicken sandwich. Love that it is crispy and yet not dripping in oil! Sidenote, can you sell your crispy chicken by itself. I'd be the first one to grab a bucket of those! Other sandwiches, burgers are on point as well, but I keep going back to the crispy chicken sandwich with their special spicy sauce.

The other thing to highlight is the staff. Beyond exceptional. I'd accidentally placed a pickup order at the wrong location. Staff couldn't figure out why my order wasn't coming up for them, only to then realize it was for another location. Without skipping a beat, they immediately offered to make the whole order for me here. Another time I was having issues redeeming my points for an order, but was having issues with the website. Liz asked to download and setup the app. A few minutes later, she walked by asking if I was able to place the order using the app. She went on to show me how to redeem points from these orders. Again, all on her own, going above and beyond.

San Jose has alot of food options to choose from we choose to come to Melts to try something new. We came here Midweek to Melt at lunch time. Place had a good vibe relax atmosphere decent amount of seating indoor or outdoor seating. You can either order at kiosk or at counter. When you order at kiosk it shows other options to choose from the what kind of bread or buns and different cheese options as well as sides to add on your burgers. It has alot of varieties of burgers to choose from with only two crispy chicken or spicy chicken sandwiches available. There is another chicken sandwich available as well. I got the BBQ bacon cheese burger with fries. It was delicious seasoned well with a good amount BBQ sauce the bacon were good thick bacon no going skimpy on tiny pieces of bacon here everything was fresh made and did not take long to wait for the food. Also ordered was a crispy chicken sandwich with a side salad ceaser salad with fresh made croutons. A patty melt with grilled onions added jalapeños and for my nephew a grilled cheese sandwich with sliced apples and a pickle.
