I really want to share a great experience at Universal Appliance! Tony helped us out and I can't be more appreciative and thankful for all that he has done. He sold me a floor model Miele dishwasher that I was hesitant on since it was a floor model. But you reassured me that I still got the warranty from Miele and with the benefit of it never been used. So I thought I'd give it a shot. He had it delivered by freight delivery FedEx all the way up to NorCal. He was very thorough and explained how everything was supposed to work, the dishwasher arrived perfectly. Later I noticed that a piece was broken, so I reached out to Miele directly to ask for the part to be replaced. I thought Miele would just send me the part since it was so small. However Miele wanted to schedule a technician out here, I have little ones so it wasn't very easy for me to schedule a technician just for a small piece. I messaged Tony and asked him if he could reach out to Miele for me, but he did something even better! He found the extra part and sent it directly to me! Ryan McElroy took care of my wife and I from the moment we began to browse the inventory. He was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. Never did I feel pressure, as he showed us multiple options, functionality, or discuss reliability and product quality.
