Terrible service at the pharmacy. Called their automated system on Saturday to refill an Rx. System said the prescription will be ready Monday. I call Tuesday to follow up because I was never notified it was ready on Monday and the Pharmacist said there was no record of my refill request. I ask how that happened and she just laughed and said “I have no idea”. Then she came back to say that I was given a 90 day supply last month. I correct her that it was a 45 day supply, the medication is taken twice a month. She argues, but eventually confirms that I’m correct, about the medication I’ve taken for over 7 years… so I ask how THAT happened. They’d lost the refill order somehow, then incorrectly argued, in an annoyed and condescending tone, that I didn’t know how to take my meds. No apology, just the pharmacist barking at me, “SIR, I’m trying to help YOU with YOUR problem.” Yes, a problem I’ve never once had until I switched my prescriptions to this Walgreens location from another Walgreens last month. Read moreService at this location was unprofessional and disheartening. I called prior to our visit to ensure that we would be able to get passport photos taken. When we arrived the cashier asked us to wait for 5 minutes. While we waited, I overheard the MANAGER YELL from the photo department to the cashier, "No more passports pictures today because there is no one to cover. Go on your lunch."
