I just had lunch at this location, it was the worst experience ever, I have been to this location several times, but today it was the worst, we had Tony as our server, if you can even call him a server, he had no sense of urgency or customer service whatsoever, the entire lunch experience was just bad, I asked for a cup of water and he did not bring it till I asked again, then I asked for bread and a refill on my coke, 10min went by and didn't get it till I asked him again, then I asked for a spoon and had to ask twice again, and when he brought the spoon it was with his bare hand, no level of safety, especially since we are in the pandemic still, never came to check at all for any of our food, we sat there with all the dirty plates from appetizer and bread and our entree the entire time, while he did remove plates from other tables, we were just treated like we were not there, my sister asked for a refill and again had to ask twice, and he was just at the counter talking and laughing with co workers, and holding the coke in his hand, having a great time, talking all over our drink, till he decided to bring it to the table, we ordered a dessert and asked him to put it in a to go container as we did with our drinks for safety measurements, it took 25 minutes and the dessert never made it to the table, we asked a host for the check as he was at the counter again talking to co workers, laughing and just plain and simple acting like we were not there, when he came with the check my sister let him know the dessert was 25 minutes late and he said "oh it's been ready" went and brought it, he brought the check and we gave him the CC then we asked for an itemized receipt and he brought one with the bottom and total cut, as there is a service survey in the bottom of the receipt, he made sure we didn't get that, I was going to ask for a manager but they were actually sitting 2 tables away from us and could clearly see the table full of dirty dishes and did not seemed to care, so it was pointless, I have been at this location several times, always tip 30% this time we took the time to tip accordingly and wrote at the bottom of the receipt how disappointed we were with the level of service, hoping management at least can see that, since they didn't notice how the table looked, only our table, as other tables were pre-bussed!this is definitely unacceptable, sadly we will not be coming back to this location. Will rather make the drive to a different location, it sucks to go to a place that you know and like to have a good time, and just be treated like this!

This review is simply a plea for the organization to take a good look at the operating procedures and management responsibilities that are not obviously not being met. *Waited 20 Minutes for a table (No problem waiting) *Waited another 20 minutes to be greeted by a server (This is a problem). When we were finally greeted the waitress just looked at us and hesitated for a moment before saying anything. She was obviously overwhelmed and was not getting any help. None of the servers looked happy and seemed stressed as they were spread thin throughout the restaurant. The manager was talking to friends and walking around looking busy the whole time we were seated. I'm sure part of the manager's responsibility is to jump in and assist staff as needed; which was not happening. We asked for bread and were served stale pieces that were probably just sitting on the bread station for some time. Tables sat full of used dishes and we not being bussed as all. The floor was very filthy. I watched as a piece of bread and a napkin sat in the middle of a busy walkway and was not picked up as servers and the manager walked by many times. Becoming impatient with our drinks I happened to look toward the bartender as he ran his hands through his hair multiple times behind the counter. I was almost afraid to wash my hands in the bathroom as it was just as filthy as the floor in the dining area. Read moreWe always get a good and consistent meal at any CPK location and after a few years of ordering delivery from our local store we finally had the chance to dine in person. It was a great experience. The food was on par with what we had at other locations, the service was great and everyone was happy.
We especially appreciate that there are gluten-free options. My wife enjoyed her mushroom pizza on their gluten-free crust.
I especially enjoyed the Neapolitan Burrata Pizza...a limited-time special which was on par with the pies that we recently had in Naples Italy. (Though cooked a little longer than they do there so you could actually pick up the slices and not have to fork and knife it.
Our kid who, wasn't in the mood for pizza, liked the Garlic Cream Fettucini With Mushrooms and it's good to know that, despite the fact that it's got "pizza" in the name, it's a restaurant with a full menu of things to choose from so there are options for everyone of every diet.
We also love that they partner with local organizations to help raise funds. We were brought to the spot because it was a fundraiser for a group we're involved with and a percentage of our bill was donated to the organization. Thanks CPK for the community-minded partnership.
