Super bummed & irritated they don't adhere to their POSTED (on their door and online!) business hours. What business closes 35 mins earlier than their posted closing time--five days before Christmas?!

What was even more frustrating is there was an employee inside there who shrugged and said "we closed early" thru the windows. ‍ Terrible first experience as they can't stick to their posted hours, I'd now rather buy online than rush downtown, driving from Aptos to make it before they were supposed to close. ...

We wandered into Golden Bliss yesterday and we could have spent hours creating the most beautiful stacks of jewelry. The pieces are creatively selected from talented jewelry artists. The cherry on top was meeting Abby 🥰. She made our shopping experience so special. I'm looking forward to coming back even more so I can hang out with her and ask her opinion about a new pinky ring...
