DECEPTIVE, AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Today, I went in, and bought a toy, paid with cash. Less than 30 minutes later I tried to return the toy because I was putting a souvenir bag together for a relative, and had found something better. The receipt very clearly says: RETURN POLICY- Returns of full-priced merchandise with receipt accepted within 90 days of purchase. But when I asked for a return I was only told "We don't accept returns or give refunds for toys" I asked why not, and pointed out to the cashier that NOWHERE ON THE RECEIPT does it state they do not accept returns on toys. The policy does mention there are no returns on sale/used merchandise, jewelry, and sunglasses, but no mention of toys at all. I had literally bought it less than 30 minutes earlier, and the box was still sealed, unopened. The cashier simply looked at me, and said "Well, it's not written anywhere. It's just store policy." I asked for the Manager. The cashier gave me the Manager's name, and number only. I called, and left a message but of course, no return call back to address the issue. I will not go back into this store again. Neither will anyone...

Don't buy if you are a LATINO/BLACK/BROWN ANY TYPE OF POC HERE. My entire family walked in only to have staff turn to eachother and put on masks. They followed us around the store without offering help or greetin us.🙄 BACKSTORY; There had just been white clients in the store who had no masks either and were coughing around and NOTHING was done while they were there. No warning or comment about masks being required. As we were leaving due to feeling uncomfortable the two GIRLS...Were whispering to eachother about us (we were the only people in the store.) A lot of uncomfortable staring and discrimination just because we wanted to buy some nice sweaters....

Decent amount of merchandise here, staff was nice. I'm sure the rent here is very high which reflects in the cost...
