Santa Cruz Bay Company is a souvenir shop in Santa Cruz located right on the pier. There are many shops around but this was the only shop that had reasonable prices. Well, I can’t exactly say that because the prices are crazy high but they did have a nice beach sweater on sale so I bought 2. The customer service was nice, the young lady was nice to give us more info of things to do. If you’ve never been walk further down the pier and watch the SEALS!!

They are literal scam. Just after we bought a infant item, without leaving the store, they didn't want to change it to a bigger size. They lied later that they told us that the sale is final, which they didn't. They have a rude person as cashier who says those are the rules, acts as if they don't have authority and denies us to talk to somebody with authority. They are so rude to go to the level of 'i don't know what your baby has' for a hat that didn't...
