If you haven't already signed yourself up for the Trident Society, you need to. Just dealt with the passing of my mom, she was 87. She made it clear EARLY that she was a Trident member. I was freaked out because of extreme shock and grief, and not knowing what to do next. Our hospice helper came over and called Trident for us. They assured us everything would be taken care of, not to worry. Hospice helped us schedule a time for Trident to come get my mom—-she passed away at home after a lengthy illness. EVERYTHING was handled efficiently and in such a dignified way. I felt like they were family friends…and that I could rest and trust them w such an important job. They arrived right on time and were very respectful and dignified. They did what they were supposed to, very quietly and respectfully. When I went into mom’s room, so sad and exhausted…I was so pleased to see a long stem red rose places on her pillow. A lovely surprise during a time that really sucked. Reid was out case manager and was THE BEST. There were a lot of questions about info for the death certificate and he was SO PATIENT and nice. Dealing with Trident was one of the best decisions my mom ever made…it gave her peace and solace knowing she had a plan in place and it was a GIFT to us, her adult children. I cannot say enough outstanding things about Trident. I now have a Trident card myself. They are INCREDIBLE! Thank...
Read moreMy wife and I joined the Trident Society—America’s most trusted cremation service—in 2015. I am so grateful that we did. When my wife passed away in 2025, Trident was there to help every step of the way. When the hospice care team confirmed her passing, they immediately contacted the Trident team in Santa Cruz, California, the closest location to us. Without hesitation, the Santa Cruz team arranged for the respectful and timely pickup of my wife’s body. Within less than two hours, she was in the care of the funeral home they coordinated with. The Trident team in Santa Cruz took care of all the necessary paperwork, including the cremation authorizations. Everything was handled for me—truly a godsend in my time of deep grief. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, which brought a great deal of comfort. My main contact was Christie Wilde, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her compassion and professionalism made an incredibly difficult time so much easier to bear. Christie scheduled the pickup date for my wife’s ashes once the cremation was complete, and everything went smoothly. She also ensured the death certificates were mailed to me as soon as they were available. Thank you to the entire Santa Cruz team. I will always be deeply grateful for your kindness, care, and support during one of the most challenging...
Read moreMy mother passed away at home on Christmas day and I was not quite prepared for making any arrangements. I was told about Trident by a social worker. I was very impressed with everyone that I dealt with that day from the time I called the 24/7 line to when they came to picked her up. They were very respectful and I was surprised they kept me informed of when they would be arriving since it was Christmas day. It did not take too long. I also was impressed with the staff when I went to make arrangements. I felt extremely comforted by Reid and the other gentleman I have met. I was not pressured into getting anything I did not want or need. All the paperwork, death certificate etc was taken care of by Trident. The environment was also very peaceful and calming. I plan to make arrangements for myself and my husband when things settle down. Thank you again for a stress-free experience, and I definitely recommend Trident Society...
