I do not recommend working with this company. My company purchased a QSC amp through them prior to COVID and then discovered that we no longer needed that amp, when we went to return it we paid for shipping and tracking to send it back per their request for them to then contact us and tell us we sent the wrong amp (a mistake on our end as we house many amps.) We then paid for them to ship it back to us so we could send the correct one their way once COVID restrictions lifted. Upon us telling them that COVID restrictions had now been lifted and we were able to send the amp that they then told us that the return period had now been closed and a return would not be accepted. In a normal circumstance we would have worked faster but for the safety of our team our locations were closed due to COVID-19. We worked with a guy named Michael through their support email channel and were given no choice but to bring our legal team in for assistance. Highly upset with the way this has happened. No one wants to have to deal with this on top of everything happening...

Absolute scam. Item was listed as two instead but only sent one. Did nothing to make amends. Just told me flat out no. Now I have to go back to the post office and return the product at my own cost.

In reply to your response: even with a 10% discount this is still a scam. I can find the exact same item for $100 cheaper anywhere else online. And why I am only being offered this discount after leaving a review? Where was your customer service when I called and emailed your team? I'm not the first one to complain about this and I doubt I'll be the last. From the reviews you've had multiple chances to edit...

Purchased a light control system which was to include the switch module, power relay and a cable that connects the two. Upon receipt I realized that the system did not include the power relay as advertised. I contacted AVL and was told that a representative would contact me within 24 hours (still nothing after several days). I read through their return policy and other customer reviews only to realize this seems to be a company with little interested in customer service. Shame on Amazon for continuing to offer products from this provider, knowing this...
