i love going here but they hired one of the worst people here, she was rude to start off with speaking to me only in english knowing i replied in Spanish. she made the experience horrible with her nappy hair. i just wanted a lid in my milkshake and it was too difficult for her to handle it like a professional and just change it to a new lid like the manager did. overall the place is great but should do a better job in hiring people! lastly thank you for the manager for handling it well, i would love to see some improvement on staff not racially identifying someone when they speak the same language...

We came in with my kids and friends and we were waiting in line but didn’t know what to order so we waited until we were read, we told the employees we were ready to order but they were skipping us couple of times so they were ignoring us.
