Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Santa Maria

This mornings crew oct 2nd were very rude I went back to order a chocolate milk and the drive-through just went blank there was somebody speaking through it but when I ordered the chocolate milk, they didn’t say anything to me so I didn’t know if they got the order turns out they didn’t so I went to the window and I waited for a while they saw that I was there. No one came to to the window to see if I needed anything or if I needed help and then this guy pulls comes to the window he had on a gray T shirt looked at me and just gave me this rude look and didn’t tell me anything he didn’t even as me if I needed help so I told him I ordered a chocolate milk, but your speaker just went blank. I didn’t hear anything after and he didn’t respond to me he turned and spoke in Spanish to the other lady that was there and she was wearing a blue or purple T-shirt and no one came to the window to give me a the milk I ordered He then went back to what he was doing organizing some donuts on a tray and then you know I just decided to leave. It was a horrible experience. I never leave reviews but here you go. I drove an hour to Santa Maria to pick up my sister's favorite doughnuts for her anniversary and at my first attempt through the drive thru I was told the classic glazed doughnuts had run out and that there would be fresh, hot ones in 30 minutes. No problem, I grab in n out and come back in thirty minutes. We leave and have a doughnut for the road from our own batch and they were not only cold but you could tell they were old from how the glaze was beginning to crystalize. There are better bakeries out there that carry far superior doughnuts and would carry through in offering what you deserve, a darn...

I was really looking forward to trying their doughnuts fresh from the drive through. Entered the drive through on a Tuesday morning at 8:30 am. There were two cars ahead of us. It took 20 minutes to get to the drive up window. We ordered 3 lemon filled and 3 glazed. $ 12 DOLLARS !!!.. a lot of money for six doughnuts...
