Please listen when people say not to take your little to Chuck E Cheese. It’s a breeding ground for RSV/ Covid. We took the kids to boomers last year, the whole family got Covid and this time now at Chuck E Cheese, RSV for all of us again…. Besides getting sick, it is overly expensive now. We spent almost 200 on food and time to play games just to go home with a thin bracelet that is already gone and a clapping hands toy that broke the moment we were home it’s ridiculous. You’re more likely to spend less and win more at straw hat pizza. And to make it even better you’re less likely to get sick. Chuck E Cheese needs to wipe down their games more often and reconsider their prices for things. The service was not the best either. I believe it was the manager himself who rang us up, we had a fundraiser coupon that we couldn’t even use which is fine but there was no attempt in making things better mind you the child with the fundraiser coupon ,he got from school, is 5 years old he’s learning how to read and there was no information on the coupon about which days he can use it which was unfortunate and more of the schools fault. We were about to leave but he’d been begging to go to Chuck E. Cheese. We ordered salads and were not given salad plates. Mind you I haven’t been here in years I didn’t know there was a difference between salad plates until then. My in laws who speak no English started getting their salads on regular plates, then that same manager comes over and tells them they can’t get salads because they need to pay for them. He literally rang us up he knows we paid for them next time give us the salad plates at the register …. I genuinely felt like the services was not the best due to the language barrier and wow that was very uncomfortable. The whole time it seemed as if the employees dreaded interacting with us. It was uncomfortable to pick out prizes because even then the interaction...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE Only giving it a 1 because 0 isn't an option. I took my two daughters here for a birthday party and ordered individual pizzas, but what an adventure was I in for! An hour into the party we STILL hadn't received our food. The party hostess, a rude blonde haired girl, wasn't much help either. I demanded to speak with the manager but the girl quite simply stated that the food was "probably just sitting back there." When I was fed up (and not fed at all) I finally went up to the front to demand my refund. My children were starving and the management was horrible! Finally "Deborah" came out to help me and tried begging me to not cancel my order. Are you kidding me? That is NOT how you handle a complaint. I'm sorry if your cruddy management "skills" let the place fall apart. This lady needs to be sent somewhere to be retrained or hopefully fired! The visit from chucky cheese wa no piece of art either. The girl who was doing the party was obviously not fit for the job. When it came time for the cake (which I had no idea was about to happen) the girl asked us if we had a lighter since she did not. THANKS FOR THE MEMO. Then there were the games. There we a plethora of games out there with broken down signs on them that prevented my kids and their friends from playing the ones they want most. Apparently there was no one around to help fix those, either. I get it, it's packed, but that's when you're supposed to have more workers in the building. I URGE YOU NOT TO GO HERE. I AM CALLING CORPORATE. SOMEONE IS LOSING THEIR JOB. -The...
Read moreMy family and I visited the Santa Maria Chuck E. Cheese sometime in late January. We walked in and we were greeted by this bright young lady ready and happy to help us. We went in on a Friday evening and busy is an understatement lol. The same young girl helped us at the register and even with a line of people she still made sure to ask how we are, ask about our day, she even asked the kids if they were excited to play games and they were beaming with excitement. My youngest son had a whole conversation about his favorite game and she made time for our order, the conversation my son had with her, and everything else around her. She was sure to give us the best deal for my family and I all while keeping a smile on her face. While we were playing we noticed attendants out in the lobby cleaning, sweeping, and even fixing games. Eventually my family's time is up and it's time to get prizes, we get our prizes and we set out and meet the host from the start of our trip, Santa Maria Chuck E. Cheese, you have amazing food, games, and prices! We will be back again all thanks to Kaitlyn, the best host ever, thanks...
