I am writing to share my recent experience with your customer service team, specifically regarding a phone call I had with Monica while inquiring about Rodail skincare products. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment our conversation began, I found Monica to be notably rude and unhelpful. Instead of receiving the assistance and information I needed, I was met with an attitude that felt dismissive and annoyed. My friend and I, both being fairly clueless about makeup, went in seeking advice prior to a friends wedding. Alyssa greeted us at the door and immediately it was clear we were in excellent hands.
