Esther is an awesome real estate agent, she is experienced, intuitive, very knowledgable and professional. She has a good sense about what you want and tailors everything to you. She helped us sell our house and I’m convinced we got well over asking because of her expertise. The process was relatively painless, she has great contacts (cleaners, stagers, photography, etc) and she arranged all the things that needed to be done to get the house ready to show. She was present for everything, no one was in your house without her (or someone on her team) being there. But the real value is once the offers start rolling in, and you have to delicately negotiate with all the buyers, that’s where Esther really shines. She knows what to do to get the best (and most amicable) outcomes. Esther is really on top of it and has a great team working with her. She... -- Organized multiple, efficient high quality tours of houses available in our desired market -- Was incredibly responsive to our endless one-off interest in new houses on the market to the point where we were usually the first to see a place (sometimes before it was even on the market!) -- Always had our interest in mind, often reminding us of our key criteria (parking space! closets!) when we began to become infatuated with really unlivable places -- Was undyingly positive and went above and beyond for us.
