Update: 6/4/24 So they sent me a new mattress after i showed them i switched my foundation to a bunky board like they suggested. In just 1 week my mattress already began to sink down on one side again. I took the foam insert out to flip it (just to see if that fixed anything) and i noticed that the mattress itself is what is sunken in, not the foam topper. My friend that originally suggested this company to me dealt with the exact same scenario and told me that the new mattresses he got (he purchased a new one) did the same thing and he could tell the quality has went down. So in the end at least the original mattress i got in 2019 lasted a couple years, compared to this new one. My toddler sleeps in the bed between me and my wife sometimes and she literally rolls down the bed into me which is unacceptable. Real let down especially when they have raised the prices so much. Higher price, way lower quality. I do not suggest at all

Do not buy a mattress from this company! The top layer of my mattress bubbled up after just 6 months of use. Then the whole mattress bowed in from me sleeping on it (I weigh 195 lbs). The "lifetime warranty" wouldn't cover it because it is on an ikea bed frame and not their bed frame. Eight years ago we were in Bloomingdales and tried out the $40k bed that was on sale for half price. We loved it but that was a lot of money for a bed. The next day we were walking along Montana Ave in Santa Monica, CA and noticed this new bed store – Nest Bedding. So we tried out a few beds and loved the Alexander that felt very much like the $40k bed. When we asked how much it was we were told it was $1600. I asked again if it was $16k or $1600... we couldn't believe what a reasonable price it was. I went back to Bloomingdales one last time to make sure were making the right decision. Then we went right back to Nest Bedding and bought the Alexander. Recently, a thought came to walk down to the Nest Bedding store again as it felt it was time for a new bed. The old one was great but it just seemed like the right time to upgrade. We ended up with the Sparrow Hybrid and we love it! The customer and delivery service was amazing and the bed is awesome. Casper just opened up a store down the street on Montana and we also tried those out. We didn't like their beds at all! We are so grateful to Nest Bedding for providing not only outstanding service but amazing and comfy beds. If your bed is older or not very comfortable... get a Nest Bed - you...

I could not be happier with my second purchase from Nest Bedding. My king-size Alexander Signature Hybrid Mattress is incredibly comfortable, well-built, and durable. I know I'll have as many years of great sleep in this bed as I did in my last Nest bed, which I kept for 4 years until I had to move across the country.

I also want to give a shout out to the incredibly devoted, hardworking staff at Nest. They did absolutely everything in their power to get me the right bed, frame it properly, and ship it to my new home... ahead of schedule! Tracy especially went above and beyond.
