Then it means I need to wait for another three months to see the result, all in the meanwhile, I tried to contact them about the pictures they've taken for me, and nothing. Never heard back from them. So I took my own photos in order to have comparison. Now between the small area and low area she's done procedure, I have a bump in between. Thanks to her "adjustment", I've got more problems that I am scared to bring up to her. (I will attach more photos later.) Because every time she denies her mistake, so I thought, what's the point, I will just tell her when I came to the laser appointment to speak in person.

I also want to mention in the initial set up, we agreed to do two areas for 1800 (each area for 900), and we agreed the second area will be determined to proceed after seeing the first treatment area result. As also being advised, I won't see the result after three month. So I waited because she completely messed up the first area and I was in dispute with them on correction of the first area the entire time. Not that I wanted to do the second area anymore because of how much I had to go through the first time, but she called me one day and told me my rate will need to go up because i didn't do the second area in that promotion time ("lol" is all i have left to say). I happily agreed to not do the second area, paid her extra 100 bucks for the lousy job she did on my back, even though we agreed on 900 for one area. I simply decided it's pointless to argue with her for all the crazy inconsistency she presented.

And today it just proved my point again - she completely lost her manner, got so defensive with the issues I addressed, refused to listen, and yelled at me on the phone - how am I supposed to go back to trust them to work on me? She cancelled my appointment right on the phone and right when I was to park and walk there.

I have to say I would never trust Patty at this point. She kept on changing her mind, she couldn't do basic math calculations, and she certainly doesn't know what she's talking about most of the. and what's worse she gets defensive when told she's wrong. Very hard to work with if you have a problem with her directly - she will never admit she's made a mistake or she's on the wrong side.

So I guess this is a place you just get your fingers crossed for "nothing goes wrong", otherwise you will be dealing with an emotional beast that pounding you down for their own...

I received a VAMP Salmon DNA micro needling and full body laser from Eliana, who I would recommend to ANYONE, especially if you questions. I love walking into Luz Lounge because while there is so much misinformation out there thanks to social media's wide outreach, Eliana is such a wise guide (a REAL person to speak to, one on one, about your skin specifically) in addition to being both a great listener and conversationalist. I plan on (as per my conversation with Eliana) receiving the Hair restoration (thicken up my hairline) and Fire and Ice facial (also known as the "red carpet facial" as I have an high end event this month) soon. With the package I have, prices for extremely expensive services elsewhere are manageable and generous, considering the level of care and thoroughness Eliana always exemplifies in our happy interactions. It was my first time doing micro needling and I was pleasantly surprised to find that Eliana is a wizard with the needles and she calmly walks you through each service so you never feel like things are going by the wayside or out of control.

I love walking into Luz Lounge and feeling so far apart from the almost impenetrable wall of advertisements and endorsements on instagram (and the like). It is as if I've suddenly entered a space, free of all that distraction and advertisements, and I always leave Luz Lounge having learned something new and helpful about my skin. Put your face in "the egg", it's crazy.

I would be remiss if I did not explicitly mention that Eliana made what could have potentially been a painful (beauty is pain sort of deal) or uncomfortable experience, and through professionalism, compassion, a lively sense of humor, and judicious application of her vast knowledge, turned it into a truly positive experience instead. She checks in frequently to make SURE you are comfortable. Now, I want her to do all my services! I bombarded her with SO many questions and she rattled the answers off with the alacrity and enthusiasm of a true beauty queen. Thank you Luz Lounge, and thank you Eliana! BEWARE OF THIS IT’S NOT UR MONEY’S WORTH! u know we’re so disappointed and upset with this skin clinic...they’re very unprofessional , poor customer service, dishonest and disrespectful...imagine squeezing our time despite our busy sched early in the morning and had to travel far coz we were the first customers...and when we got there, just like that they would just tell us that we’re not a candidate for IPL because of ur dark skin tone or if using retinol or vitamin A which isn’t allowed prior to ur appointment...a month before, we already booked for an appointment and called them 3x! why didn’t they tell us ahead of time regarding the do’s and don’ts of this IPL treatment so we would know?! simple common sense and the bad thing was, they blamed it on us the customers that we’re not doing a lot of research first with regards to this IPL treatment...i mean, it is their job and responsibility to inform us about this coz they’re the skin clinic! so far, with our experiences we’ve been to a lot of skin clinics and we’ve never encountered like this before it’s only them...just because we purchased it at groupon then they would treat us like this?! there’s not even a simple apology we got from them and we already canceled it and am not sure if groupon can refund us with this coz it says that u can only get a refund 3 days after the purchase, but that was a...
