Denison Yachting — Local services in Santa Monica

My review is good with Denison so far BUT NO SO MUCH with the owner of the boat I was pursuing. I want to write in regards to the shady business of buying a boat. Mostly with the owner of the "BIPOLAR" located in Marina Del Rey. We toured the boat my wife and I looking for our first purchase. We thought we found it in this boat. We negotiated an offer with our broker from Dension Long Beach with Denison Marina Del Rey, offer ACCEPTED HOWEVER... I guess a verbal giving your WORD doesn't count for much with certain owners. They decided to either PLAY me with never mind I am raising the price 11K and any sea trial we are NOT doing any repairs take it or leave it. Now where I am from the great United States where a MAN's word is his life. Pretty sad world we live in now. My Review is to watch out for Shady owners and due your diligence so you don't get played. My value is if I give you my word that is as good as a contract. I signed my part he of course wanted to play. ...
