I have known the owner for over 30 years. She has THE BEST inventory! I purchase from her regularly as her inventory is very carefully procured. Many items are NWT or barely worn. The staff is very customer oriented. They will discuss and measure items per customer request. Her pricing is better than other consignment businesses. Great Labels also puts things on 50% off (and sometimes more) sale very quickly as they keep their inventory fresh. And I feel great about "upcycling" my closet rather than buying new high end designer items from retailers. They do an Instagram Live every Friday at Noon (Pacific time) featuring their new arrivals and new mark downs. Last week I purchased a $2000 MSRP cashmere sweater on a mark down for $120 and it is perfect and I received it the day after I made the purchase. You don't get service like this anywhere else. Great Labels used to be a great place to find bargains. I went into the store today and the only two people in there were employees trying on clothes. I found a pair of shoes on the 75 percent off rack and decided to buy because I needed flats for a trade show. When I went to purchase the clerk rung me up at 50 percent off. I told her the shoes were in the 75 percent off rack and she claimed they must have been put there by mistake. Highly doubtful and if this were actually true if they were doing their jobs instead of trying on clothes they would have noticed they were misplaced.
