Usually I don’t do this because I am an Instacart shopper and shopping at the store wasn’t for me personally, it was for a customer. However my trip was so amazing that I had to leave a review. When I walked in, I was looking for a cart, looking completely lost. Lol. Then this amazing person, Dion walked up to me and asked if I needed help. I said I was looking for a cart and he happily said “Honey I’m your cart.” Mind you I’ve never been here before. He asked if he could have my phone to look at all the items I needed and he took it and went around the store in a matter of 7 minutes grabbing all 34 items like it was nothing. I don’t even have fur babies but if I did I would drive all the way from downtown Long Beach (where I live) just to shop there. His service was amazing and the other staff members were extremely pleasant. Its rare to receive service like his nowadays and he was so considerate that I was on a timed schedule. I want to thank Dion for a wonderful experience and the customer I was delivering for was pleased, so was Charlie, the pup who received all those wonderful treats! Thank you again for being a kind person who was willing to go the extra mile...
Read moreI wish I can update a good review, but is hard this time. This location is 3 minutes walking from home, is very convenient ?..yes , but no anymore . For about 2.5 years since I have adopted Danny I use this store., every month or every other month.. but some reason every time that I take Danny here , He ends up with a lot more of fleas .. literally eating him alive. Danny don’t go out all the time is an apartment dog , He likes to be mostly inside since is a senior dog . Now he is very restless, uncomfortable, scratching, crying , at night gets worse.
While we shower him we can see light bloo color on the water , he is infested basically. and of course we 100% concerned about it. Just hope other not experienced the same . And hopefully local authorities will give this place a quick visit just to make sure they follow the sanitation rules.
**The only way that you can make us feel good, is having health department involved letting your clients know about the procedures that you use handling our dogs , the procedures to keep the grooming are free of infestation , etc. Better you can have open windows all grooming facility area.

Read moreI help a friend on a regular basis taking his dog to this location.. In general they are pretty good but are not consistent and how they style his hair. I have suggested that they take photos when the owners of the dog there's other dog give thumbs up thumbs up on the latest cut et cetera. That would help immensely. That would help immensely. I got in trouble because it was taking an ordinary long time to pick up the dog.. I had called and had been standing waiting for quite a while but did not hear until quite a while afterwards that they had had a plumbing problem in the building. It would have been helpful had they Communicate that issue more quickly so that I he said that I did not receive such harsh harsh unbelieving treatment from the people who own the dog dog. In general though they are very good but communication seems to be spotty at times and unnecessarily so.
