I have gone to Randi a few times and THANK GOODNESS I happened to have had a session scheduled with her earlier this week. I felt my bicep pulling during a workout and it was so achy from then on to the point that one morning I could not extend my arm without severe pain.
As someone who loves to workout, I did not want to be out of commission. Also as a Personal Trainer, it was embarrassing to not be able to fully demo all movements with my clients.
Randi was able to quickly assess in 1 session that the pain was originating from my neck. Before she could fully work on that, she had to alleviate a lot of the tension and tight fascia around other areas. I left feeling 70% better.
I went back to Randi the next day and she really go into my neck (which sounds awful but she has really unique techniques!) and I left that session 100% restored.

She is extremely knowledgeable in everything involving body mechanics and also acknowledges the emotional component related to pain and injury, which in my case stems from trauma related to a car accident in addition to chronic pain/fibromyalgia.
I never understand what bodywork was until doing treatments with her. It’s amazing that I can feel so much better after a session without the pain and inflammation I usually get after a deep-tissue massage. Her cranial-sacral therapy is so therapeutic, and she even does oral-therapy for my TMJ which is a huge relief.
