Lovesac — Local services in Santa Monica

My wife and I recently purchased a 8 seat Lovesac Sectional with Lovesoft inserts. Simply put…it’s a ridiculously comfortable couch!!! Like resting on a ☁️. We have previously had Shabby Chic and Restoration Hardware couches and yes…they are also VERY comfortable, objectively magnificent furniture…but one scratch, tear, spill, or act of cat, and you are looking at thousands of dollars in repair. Lovesac being comparable to some of the worlds finest couches + the modular build, and sustainable material, make the company without a doubt the future of sectionals. We purchased ours from the Santa Monica Store on Montana. Full disclosure…I was on my way to pay for a new RH Cloud Modular (this is not a biased review pretending like Lovesac is the one and only). My wife asked that we make one more stop…Tonya, manager at the Montana Location, 99.9% is why we purchased our new sectional; .1% bc of everything written above, 99.9% bc of the customer service we received and the attention to detail to build our perfect 🛋. Shipping in less than 1-4 weeks?!?! Unheard of! RH and Shabby Chic are 10-16weeks minimum. Price? With a Lovesac online discount we paid ~6800 with tax. The RH was $16,000. Lovesac offered us a 60 day trial period. RH final sale. If we move and the dimensions of our living room change, we can easily arrange our Lovesac to fit our new home.
