Brentwood General Store — Local services in Santa Monica

I can't say enough great things about the quality of products and the incredible customer service at Brentwood General Store! I needed to purchase some welcome gifts for colleagues visting the Santa Monica area, and Melissa the General Manager and her team exceeded my expectations! Hailey and Sophia were wonderful to collaborate with on what items to choose for the gifts and made sure the gifts were delivered on time.

I am really looking forward to working with them...

The staff is friendly and they have some interesting items. My complaint is that they charged me $40 to gift-wrap a box. This is excessive. They took advantage of the fact that my gift was time-sensitive so I didn't have time to find somewhere else to do the gift-wrapping. What's worse is that they initially quoted me $15 for gift-wrapping then ripped me off with the overcharge the next day.
