I went to this store in Santa Monica ( 2530 Wilshire Blvd Ste A, Santa Monica, CA 90403 ) to get what seemed like a deal - the sales representative sold me on the idea of a service with goods I needed and yet the deal was to be wronged by the manager doing the sale telling me her potential to accept my sale was for her interests to choose after two days of my showing up to her staffsā sales pitches - hers to decide that my payment would not suffice as to her place of business as a manager who looked at me sideways and told me that the deals were not for me to have / the goods were also not me to have and she simply stared at me and asked me why would it be ?
She other staff then went ahead with to process the order begun prior to her showing up to accept or refuse my payment - the $155 collections bill from TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC is now to request from me a debt on a bill from a deal gone sour at the Santa Monica VERIZON STORE ( 2530 Wilshire Blvd Ste A, Santa Monica, CA 90403 ) where they refuted the capability of their staff to find customers to be satisfied, to be able to make payments, nor to be ever happy less free from the VERIZON STORE Management Psychosocial Issues from expecting to find that a cell phone or a tablet with WiFi is too much and that an offering from them at that store is a curse in the guise of better - nothing more! Never Again will I do business with Verizon - never again will I find it mine to trust Verizon - never will I find that same distrust one that will transfer to others for what they at that store have only to prove that they are able to continue unabated and encouraged by VERIZON - who refuses to accept anything of their potential to find that their place is to allow the customer to be right if not always right instead of needing a political right to have to begin without curses and insults expected upon the unsuspecting public as if their corporate identity and power matters - let this place be more of a nightmare to avoid than a place of busier potential to prove the ineffectual and ineffective are ever to be...

And I am not their customer but I am looking for another provider for my phone lines. Anyhow, long story but short: I had staff her name was 'GRACE' helped me out. She mentioned about my 1st bill is going to be very high and it costs me $886.88. But she said; I've had credit $200 and my bill will decrease. So even though my bill goes down but still too much for two phone lines and home internet.
However, I don't know why she add extra 7 phone lines in my plans. What was going on here?? NO wonder why my 1st bill costs me a lot. This was bother me at all times till I went to Verizon located at 2712 Main St, Santa Monica on 12/27/2023. I asked them if anybody can help me solve this problem. I told them what happened and they were shocking!!...of course me too..still in shock!! I had staff name ARTURO he helped me out and called the customer service to delete extra phone numbers. All staff there apologized for the issue that I'd got from another location. Very nice of them. ARTURO said to me; you deserve a credit form that store.
Then on 12/30/2023 I went to a store where I'd got my issue bill and asked for my credit!... WHAT A SHAME OF THEM????.!!!!...As I am a consumer and I am a customer of VERIZON. I chose your company with my trust and something went wrong with your customer but you DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I did not remember the name who I talked to that day. BUT I REMEMBER HER FACE. SHE said: they were deleted all the phone number and we can't give you a credit. THAT WAS IT!!! If you were me, how were you going to feel after you had been FRAUD by their staff???
To be honest, I did not want a credit but I WANT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and A QUALITY OF STAFF who knowledge and treat customer right. I want GRACE...

Ok so now I have confirmed that I did in fact receive nothing more than a 1-star performance. Diego, the manager of this fine establishment, is not qualified to be in-charge of anything. Letās start off with the first āspecialistā Devin. First he straight lied to us about the reason we were experiencing the issue with our Verizon. He talked to my girlfriend in a manor not fit for an employee talking to a customer. Then when I calmly asked him why he was acting like that, he started laughing at us. Humiliating me and my girlfriend. I got aggravated and slightly raised my voice but I never got in his personal space or threatened him physically or verbally. He walked away laughing with the manager standing right there. How am i supposed to continue my interaction with anyone at that store, while the guy is still standing there helping another customer.
Second, they did not take any of our concerns seriously. Everything we showed them about are phones relating to issues with the phones we purchased from Verizon or the service we continue to pay for with Verizon, was treated like a joke.
After seeing your reply to my review I will say that after that experience, you really donāt want me to come back into this store. You have set the tone for the whole Verizon company. You lost me as a loyal customer and furthermore I wouldnāt be the least bit surprised to learn all the employees there smoke marijuana cigarettes.
If you really wanted my business, which I know you could care less about, you would have to do a heck of a lot more than hope you will get the chance to serve me in the future!
Why donāt you offer me a resolution...
