My visit to taco bell in santa paula was not good at all. First off when I approached the counter I was finally acknowledged after a good 4 mintutes by 1 of the 7 to 8 workers who were looking in my direction but never seemrd to see me while they all stood there and were doing absolutley nothing !! I left and was made to feel like an idiot by the counter girl, who was extremly rude , with NO eye contact , no smile, not even a hello ! Also, when she gave me back the incorrect change (1 dollar) and closed the drawer I said to her " your a dollar short ! With no acknowledgment of what i had just said , she just walk's away , then returned saying nothing at all she open the drawer and hands me the dollar bill with saying not one word ! I said ( oh you did hear me) she says in a very rude way that she had to get the key to open drawer. No apology what so ever. I was so blown away by her attitude, i verbally voiced my feelings ! Another worker who im assuming is the manager was very apologetic for the others rude behavior's . I assume she was the manager due to the fact that I saw her take her to the small office in the rear of store and seem to be reprimanding her. Lets hope ! I truly felt it was a racist act, due to another customers experience. This gentleman over heard my words and out loud agreed with me and later told me of his experience with a rude worker when he ordered what he said was going to be his last time in this Taco bell. He to felt like he was being treated badly because of of his race. He also said he was not from Santa Paula and has never been treated in this manner. Just the way he felt like I did makes me wonder that it was racist for we are both white. Iam wishing now that I would have got her name . This is not a good way to take care of your customers. I dont usually do this sort of thing but I felt so diffrent with her behavior than I have in the past, something was different. It all comes down to hiring the right people. I am sure there is a lot to choose from. Managers need to keep an eye on this sort of thing for its so very important. Why would 2 customers feel the same ? We were the same age him and I , not young with no experience in life. Thats about it. Please try to turn this sort of thing around. Rudeness is unacceptable in my eyes ! Thank you Audrey....
Read moreManager there, Iris, completely unprofessional. I am normally a regular here and have never had any issue or complaints whatsoever, but as of today i ordered a 10 piece, only recieved 6 nuggets in the box, so of course i called, its a mistake, these things happen and i understand that. Iris picks up the phone, i let them know that i had just picked ip my order and i noticed they put the wrong amount in. and i am repeatedly told that she is the one that made my order and she knows for a fact that she did put 10 nuggets in the box. and im just sitting there, staring at my 6 nuggets in the box, told her what i saw. she told me again and said she apparently could not do anything about it, where she then asked if i needed help with anything else, i asked to speak to a manager, where i was then hung up on. i drove over to the location, asked for the manager, and its the same girl that was on the phone. tells me the same bs as she did on the phone. i dropped off the food on the counter and told her to just give me a refund then, i wasnt going to settle for less. she told me she couldnt do a refund for me, that i had to do it through the app, so i just leave my food and leave. im outside sitting in the car figuring out how to get my refund at least, and a much better, more professional and actually useful manager named monica approached my car, where she handed me my food redone correctly, and proceeded to apologize on behalf of her co managers behavior. i took my food and thanked her, and it was over just like that, as simple as it shouldve been to begin with. big thanks to monica, iris should not be...
Read moreAfter placing an order on the app I was super excited because I was going go get the Quesalupa a day early!! Or so I thought... When I got to the window the girl apologized and explained that they did not have all the ingredients to make it and the promotion would start tomorrow. She gave me multiple options ie. An IOU, select a different item or refund. I chose food of course and got the bacon club chalupa which was a little bit more but she said it was fine and I didn't have to pay the difference and apologized again. Once I got to my food they had lessened the blow even more by throwing in a free crunchy taco!! Thanks Taco Bell and staff for keeping this fat kid happy! You guys never get my crazy orders wrong and are always very nice. Its the good attitudes and hospitality that keep me coming back and the...
