Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they were out of leg and thigh.
How kind of them to neglect their patrons by not putting up a temporary sign outside of their drive though.

Who first gave the excuse of covid short staff... Which should affect all chicken not just legs and thighs. She was able to let me know it takes 30 minutes to cook chicken, but wasnt able to let me know why they couldn't have realized they were running out 20 minutes ago. Then she changed the story again that I was the first car they were sold out for. Which still doesn't explain how they didn't notice 20 ago.
How bout you pay me for waisting 30 minutes of my life because you're neglect!!! Why 30?-because your wouldn't make people in front of me wait curbside so I could leave after already waisting 20 minutes of my life.

They didn't even try helping or let me know what to do. When someone finally did let me know they couldn't even take my order because they didn't have access to the register. People have to use the kiosk to order their things. Not everything is on the kiosk, so I couldn't even get what I went there to buy. To pay, there was a credit card machine and a cash taking machine. What ever happen to human interaction. Others came in and did the same as I did. Read moreWe got there tonight at 8pm through the drive through, they let us know they “ran out of chicken” so we drove up and the cashier says that it will be 15 mins which we were fin with but only dark meat. We said ok that’s fine.. we get home and dealt with kids etc… and by the time we check our bag it only has two salads with no dressing. I call the restaurant 10 mins till closing at 10pm, a female answers, refuses to give me her name, and says I’m lucky Lucky she even answered, and she’s clocked out already…. Refused to help us. I’m appalled at her response. I’ve never felt so upset over a drive through experience. If you can avoid this restaurant, please do! It’s awful, and they can care less if they make a mistake.
