There were 3 young teenagers 2 boys and a girl. These kids were working extra hard on Friday November 1st at about 6:40pm. These kids had a a consistent follow of customers coming into the shop. I had ordered my sandwich’s online. I walked in to the shop to see the exact scenario I just described about. These kids with friendly smiles said hello acknowledged that I had an order and said it wasn’t ready. I said no big deal. The look of relief on their faces said everything. I waited patiently just as any customer should. These kids were non stop the entire time that I was waiting. Round of applause to each of them, your customer service was excellent even under pressure. When my order was ready a young man then proceeded to apologize for the deal. I said it is not a big deal. If anything we as customer need to remember that is someone’s daughter, son, mother, father, working behind the counter let’s do better everyone let’s all learn to have patience and spread a little bit of kindness. Read moreI said hello first which should've told me to just walk out. No one greeted me back, because the lady there named Maria was busy talking to another employee clearly not work related. She seemed annoyed to even have to ring us up for one footlong! Her whole vibe was as if she owned the place and even made sure I knew I was bothering her by twiddling her thumbs on the counter as if rushing me to hurry up and pay as I was taking my money out.
