Island Time Beach Rentals — Local services in Santa Rosa Island

This was our first-time using Island Time Beach Rentals and I was MORE than impressed! Tonya was very kind and communicative. I took my 3 daughters on a week-long beach trip, and we all loved it! The condo was very clean, and it was stocked with the essentials that we needed. There were plenty of bath towels, which was a plus for the 4 of us. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There were beach chairs, a beach bag and 2 boogie boards that we were able to use. The condo was on the ground level and was right next to the pool and steps away from the private beach boardwalk. This made is so easy to come and go from the beach to the pool and to the condo as often as we needed. The patio faced the pool and the beach, so that made it perfect for drinking our morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs that were on the patio. The location of the condo was perfect! So close to everything! The condo was quiet, the A/C worked great, the beds were comfortable..... just too many wonderful things to list. We loved this condo and felt very blessed to have this time together as a family. I will definitely book our next trip with Island Beach Rentals. ...

We loved the condo but I have two big problems with this place we are frome out of state and we arrived 2 hours earlier than 4:00 and we politely called and asked if we could get in 2 hours earlier and thay refused and when 4:00 finally arrived the codes thay gave us for the room the beach and the pool did not work and thay had us on hold for 30 mins trying to "get somebody who can healp you" then we had to go through 10 different codes to get one to work and the floors wher really really really gross thay stands over feat black so over all would...

We spent a week in Carribean Resort unit 602. The unit name was Hang Ten Life's a Beach. It was absolutely perfect. Waking through the front door of the unit and seeing the view of the ocean on the back balcony was breathtaking. It exceeded our expectations by far. Super clean, perfect color scheme, well stocked kitchen, honesty couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much Tonya and Gary for providing the perfect getaway for our family. Navarre is comparable to a tropical Mayberry. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. We can't wait...
