THEY DONT SERVE DISABLED MILITARY VETERANS!!

The owners son turned me and my business away because I have a service dog for my service connected disability!! I was coming there to buy tcg cards and as I walked into the store the owner's son stops as he's walking to the back and says "no dogs allowed". I calmly said "it's a service dog for my disability." He then said "I don't care my safety is more important and I'm allergic". I told "I'm pretty sure you can't tell people that and it's illegal to not allow me in".

I then calmly walked out of the store and put my dog in my car so I could just buy what I wanted and leave. When I went back into the store he told "you don't need to be here if you make comments like that" and turned away the $150-$200 dollars I wanted to spend.

This guy is an absolute disgrace to public and will be hearing from my attorney in the upcoming months. They have handicap signs posted on the door but don't allow them in.

Been in this shop a few times and could say every bad review I’ve read sums up my visits. Seems like a staff that doesn’t want to be there. Unless you ask for help you won’t be assisted. When asking about UFC cards I was told by the owner “we don’t have much of those” and he then pointed to the other end of the shop. At that end of the shop, is a wall with hundreds of different brands from every sport. After struggling a bit I found the cards occupying a 4x2 inch section of the wall. They’ve got an alright selection. And it is everything a card shop should be aesthetically, but the customer service or lack there of is why I wouldn’t come back. So just started up my baseball card collection after a long hiatus and haven’t been to this shop since I’d was like 12. Went back today and had a great experience. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly with a great atmosphere. It can get a bit busy but they always take care of you. Bar far the best place to get packs and boxes for the prices and variety. For those who think their wall full of hobby and jumbo box’s have been raided for the hits, I beg to differ. Bought a hobby jumbo pack and 3 hobby pack from another box and pulled a relic from the jumbo and an auto from the other.
