Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Sapulpa

Leaving three starts because I feel cheated. I ordered a fridge and was told within 2 different phone calls that the fridge would be arriving around 3pm. This was perfect because I needed to go back to work and get my husband at 4:30pm. I requested time off, used paid time off, and had to fight to get my time approved to be at my house in time for my fridge. I get home, and wait….. and wait… and no one shows up. No one calls or anything so I call the store and they said “oh yeah our guys somewhere else doing an order right now. It’ll be between 3-6pm….” And I snapped. Because i just wasted my time. At 4pm I went to get my husband. At 4:30, the guy delivering my fridge calls me asking if I’m Available… in which I had to tell him no because I was told he was going to be there at 3 and he wasn’t so I needed to go get my husband so that’s what I was doing at the moment. I called him back at 4:35 and told him I was on my way home which was 12 min away. I didn’t get my fridge until 5:30 that night. Totally could have stayed at work and not wasted my time I’m only allowed so much per year. I called and complained to customer service-and I was just made feel better. No one ever called back to resolve the matter-it was just let go and forgotten about. Which is why I’m here leaving a review so that it doesn’t get forgotten about. It’s wrong to tell someone you’re gonna be somewhere at a certain time TWICE, and then change it AFTER the customer already used their personal time to accommodate. Still mad about my waste of time and money away from work-aka lost wages.

Responding to the owner- I did reach out about this issue. I called the store. They didn’t say anything, they just got quiet. So no, I won’t be calling the store. I’m done calling people. You guys can call me this time. I’m paying double the market value for this fridge because I needed something fast and I refuse to be taken...

I was a customer of Aarons a few years back and had great service. However this time I went in to get a washer and dryer set with an agitator. They were running specials for the holidays. It was to be $79.99 a month. They delivered it the next day and it wasn't what I wanted. The delivery person called the manager and told him, he said lets keep it there until I get another set with an agitator. The next day he called and said he could not get one. and to come by the store. I went the next day and he offered me a used set for the same price and I agreed to it. When the delivery guy came he said that the manager was going to take some time off the agreement due to it being a used set instead of new. Now I call to find out that I am paying the full 24 months for a Used Set that I have no idea how long it was rented for before. The store personell need to get their stories right. Very Poor...

Absolutely the worst and rudest people to deal with, not only did they lie about coming out to pick up my TV and replacing it with a loaner until it was fixed. They took forever to get them to me when my agreement started back in July. I was not able to yet make a payment due to I'm currently out of town for my school, they send a man out to reposse the TV BUT can not keep their agreement on fixing the TV.... Then it's just my husband and two boy's who are home and my kid's are ages 4 and 8 . The person who came out here threatened to kick down our door go get in, that is illegal then he said he was going to camp out in our yard.
