I have bought lots of items from Neals/Sapulpa branch & Colin has always been so polite with all my purchases he is the best-this incident of course isn't Colin's fault! But back in December I literally just had my wood floors(4 days before they delivered furniture) put down and then had Neal's deliver couch, love seat, (2) recliners. Now I just told the 2 young men (3 times) that is going to be alot easier to go through the side cause because the front walk way is difficult to get things into the doorway. One of the young men said "oh we can get through here so after bringing 2 recliners in and the loveseat and after banging(hitting) the walls & my entry table, turned around and ask is there a different way we can come in--I told him "as I stated 3 times its going to be alot easier to go to the side. So they finally decided to to go through the side and then ---- I hear as I was standing watching them a big loud "boom" yes they dropped the sofa and one gentleman coming running breathing all heavy and looks at me and say's "that couch is heavy"! Then to sum it all up after that they drug the couch across my new floor I just put down 4 days before and yes scratched it all up from one end to the other. They they send someone out to look at the floor & couch that was dropped and they say "yeah they definitely ruined the floor" & "yes the coach is scratched up on the legs". Now how do I know that the coach isn't ruined inside cause you can't just look at a couch and say "yeah its scratched" because when we tried to pull out the hideabed the handle broke so if that is broke what else inside of the couch is broke? They finally give me a response to my question "what are you going to do for my floor"? We have a marker we can use to try and clean it up so it doesn't look to bad! But finally after 3 months their response/answer was "nothing we are not responsible for accidents it's in the contract"!! So its just totally fine to have your delivery guys just deliver and be careless about customers merchandise, furniture that is already in house, walls??? Not to happy after...
Read moreMy aunt purchased a complete living room set from Neal’s. The cushions keep sinking in after a week She try working with them letting them order new cushion cores and they were the same model number as the original ones so therefore the cushions started sinking again. Then they came and got the furniture to take to their shop to break it down to inspect it and when they brought the furniture and the wood was damaged, a chunk of wood taken out and a large scuff mark. The service manager stated that they could come and use a marker to fill it in but how will that work with missing wood and why should I have that done. They have refused to refund me my money saying they would give me a $400 store credit, I spent over $2000 and the furniture may now be 4 months old. The furniture isn’t even worth $400 now in the condition it is in. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there. They are basically just stealing your money in the end and use cheap products just don’t waste your time and money. I wouldn’t anyways due to the way they...
Read moreToday, (8/22%25) This is my second delivery with one more to go from Neal's Homestore in Sapulpa, OK. Case an Cameron were great with handling our furniture with so much care. They took time coming through our door entrance and placed everything down in each room exactly where we wanted it. They treated us with respect and were very professional. It's amazing to see how fast they worked, while at the same time, treating your furniture with such good care. Well done gentleman!!
As for my sales representative, Colin, I don't have the words to actually say how much our family appreciates him. He has worked with us for over a year. We had a fire in our home in Tulsa and are temporarily living in an apartment in Sapulpa..We have been through some major challenges and Colin has become like family to us. He has learned our taste in furniture as well. (smiles) If you want to shop somewhere and not have to worry that you are just another number, Neal's Homestore is the place and Colin...
