This morning I headed out to Walmart to buy a few groceries. I get ready to check out, they don’t have Apple Pay 😩 ( That’s a long story) anyway so I go to Pricemart, they have Apple Pay (I called 😁) I fill my basket with the same items, however I’m noticing a huge price difference on some items so I put them back (they don’t price match) I get to the register and their Apple Pay is down! 😩 I call Reasor’s, they have Apple Pay and it works! I go about my shopping, same exact items.

It pisses me off that they can get away with this! Greedy POS! *Pricemart was actually higher on several things which was surprising, they used to be a lot cheaper but I found out today that Reasors just bought Pricemart out...

Called ahead from Sand Springs to confirm they have jack o' lantern sized pumpkins. Was told adamantly that they just got a shipment this morning, and they have them.

Arrived and they only had Cinderella pumpkins. Office clerk said to check the produce. Only small pumpkin pie pumpkins there.

I then spoke with the same young lady (around age 20?) that was on the phone. I told her I was now going to be late to my meeting that required pumpkins, and that the whole group was waiting on me to bring pumpkins that don't exist. She did not apologize at all, or offer solutions. She admitted that her boss told her the shipment is coming tomorrow. She even chuckled!

This is the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Please train your associates to actually check for things when people call, and train them to apologize when they make a mistake, especially when it inconveniences an entire group of people...

Great selection, extremely well maintained store, and fast and friendly staff, we love Reasors and we LOVE that they are nothing remotely resembling the Big Box blue behemoths. I recently started utilizing our Reasors card, and much to my total shock and delight, I had no idea it would be that easy with zero catches whatsoever to use! I filled up my tank and saved $0.92/gallon! 😲 WOW! Their savings are truly that, and you can find great little deals and coupons online every week on their extremely well done and user friendly website. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and it still feels like an old school grocery shopping experience. Not to make it weird, but please never leave us, Reasors. We need you. Brick and mortar old school grocery stores have gone the way of the mall it seems, long live Reasors. Y'all are...
