I tried the Cornbread Stuffing and was really pleased to taste quality ingredients right off the bat. I am a long line of Tennessee women that take great pride in their cooking abilities. I believe if I served this cornbread from Carrington Foods that everyone would think I made it from scratch.

Serve with pot roast, smoked pork chops, smoked turkey, steak and with just about any kind of chicken. I serve it with many different kinds of greens such as mustard greens, kale, turnip greens and callaloo all cooked with loads of caramelized onions and roasted garlic. I try to go meatless 3 days out of the week and have found the wonderful home cooked taste and texture of the cornbread stuffing makes me not even miss the meat.

I had a load scheduled to pick up today at 15:00 3/2/24. When I called the number some woman that answers wants to be the gatekeeper. She will not transfer you to the shipping department. Then she told me that my load wasn’t scheduled. This created back and forth between me, my dispatch and our broker. All of this could have been avoided. My dispatch even tried to contact the shipping department and as unsuccessful. To make things even worse, when I got here for pick up the shipping department said that I could have been picked this up. I call around 10am this morning. Obviously, she likes the schedule and plans on holding it down for sure.
