Lickin Good Donuts — Restaurant in Saraland

The "Sausage kolache" is, in my opinion, the best of their menu items. Their cake and powdered cake donuts are a favorite in my house but what keeps us returning is the customer service. This location near highway 90 on government blvd has the most friendly staff and they're always prompt. If you're in the area and want a great donut or kolache a a great price give them a try. I've only read one negative review here and it was written by a competitor. She insulted the owners and stated "their kolache is an insult" but she wouldn't elaborate or explain when asked why. Turns out she's with a local competitor....

Out of all my travels and having lived in 3 states and 2 countries, these are literally THE BEST donuts I've EVER had. Family agrees. Their filled donuts are very full of the filling. They don't skimp. The maple glazed donuts topped with bacon are outstanding. Stop into this location for the first time and I have to say that the people working there are honest amazing people. I had $140 cash in an envelope that I took out of my pocket to pay and left it sitting there. I called them about a half hour later panicking it was gone and they found it and set it aside immediately and had it for me to go pick it up.
