Still turning people away if you need help unloading. They're currently prohibited from unloading cars. I had a FULL trunk of items but they would NOT make an exception and help me. Very frustrating because it appeared rain was coming at any second. Despite wearing gloves, a 20 year old male stood there and watched me unload. Even doctors and nurses still work wearing masks and gloves. Ridiculous! They say they need donations, but they refused to help. The little redhead that works there made me and my girlfriend uncomfortable. The first words out of her mouth when she was scanning our items were " you two look more like brother and sister than a couple". Her offensive lack of manners are probably a big reason we got silent in line and felt weird at the idea of ever coming back here.
