If I could give zero stars I totally would! Don’t get me wrong the quality of the dresses are great, and some even beautiful. The young girl that works as the owners assistant was very, accommodating and sweet. BUT the owner, only cares about one thing and that is MONEY! We were so close to buying my daughter’s quinceañera gown from there. Totally willing to pay the $1,600 amount that she had stated was the asking price, but of course we needed to go about speaking to my husband first. She seemed to have gotten upset stating (in Spanish), “I told before making me take it off the manikin if you for sure wanted it before making me do all this work!”

Which I did tell her we did, but since we were Spanish, which is ironic considering she is as well..... It upset me enough to not come back. How is it that considering it is her businesses she feels it is ok to treat people this way!? She has totally lost soooo much money because where were planning on coming back paying the amount in-full and also planing on ordering ing invitations from her (mind you this is a big event in our cutler so aproxímate amount of invites would have been no less than 300).

As well as ordering the tuxedos for primarily family members as well as cocktails dresses. I do hope she learns from this, but I doubt she will and feel sorry for the families that have to go there and experience this as well. So with that being said,...

I am in a wedding out of state (which is difficult as is), the bride gave me all the info on the dress so I could try to find it here in Florida and not have to deal with guessing what size I am and shipping etc etc. I contacted Erika at Barbie's Boutique and she has been nothing but amazing!! There were a few hiccups when trying to place the order for the dress, nothing that Erika could have controlled (manufacturer would not let us place just one dress order). With the personal help of Erika and a ton of phone calls later, the manufacter figured out I was part of the other much larger order and placed my order too! Erika has been extremely helpful and professional and kept me informed every step of the way. The dress came in weeks early, and she contacted me as soon as it arrived. I still have to go back for alterations, but I'm sure I will receive the same great services I have gotten the last couple months. I totally recommend this Boutique for any special...
