I have to report today I had my first 40 mins infrared sweat and right after a cold plunge at 57degrees and LOVED IT! I felt full of energy and had stayed up most of the night praying and writing this at 10:13pm and still full of energy and clarity. My muscles feel better and I noticed I was a little more mobile. 63 young and I walked my f5 acres twice around after dinner.
