L. Spa — Local services in Sarasota

Hello, I wanted to wait a bit to share my experience. So I’m 24years old and a nurse, so nursing school aged me a tad but I’m still a youngin. I heard a charge nurse talk about Botox and i thought I’d give it a try. I saw this place had great reviews and i am so thankful i came here. I was greeted at the door by these two beautiful girls (in matching outfits mind you) and they were so friendly and lovely. Filled out all my paperwork and i met Michelle Snyder, PA. She is AMAZING. So kind, friendly, outgoing, considerate, respectful and professional. I’m so so sooo happy I got introduced to her and she’s now apart of my “life”. When we did the consult, she told me she didn’t want to do too much because i was still young; therefore being considerate of my special little skin needs. So we agreed on a preventative and rejuvenating course of action. The process of getting the Botox was almost painless, i just get a little sleepy after but no bruising nothing. She’s awesome. And she answered my concerns and matched me up with some skincare products! Love this place and...

I’m giving L. Spa FIVE STARS based upon my FIRST experience there. I got Botox for the first time in my life and I loved it. The professional woman who gave me the Botox treatment was wonderful. I cannot remember her name but I will add it at a later date. The second time I went was TERRIBLE based on the new person (new to ME) who gave me Botox. I will never see her again. Her name starts with an ‘M’, but based on Hippa privacy laws which don’t even pertain to me as a client, I will withhold her full name. I should have trusted my instincts as soon as I met her. Not good. She bruised me and then bruised my sister terribly! (We had appointments one after the other). Despite this mishap, I still love L. Spa and I will DEFINITELY continue to go there.....but I will NEVER allow that woman (having the name that starts with an ‘M’) touch...

I have to say as a first time client to L-Spa I was very impressed as to the esthetics of the facility. It was very bright, clean, boutique-esq feel and everyone was super courteous and friendly. As a first time receiving the services I went for, Michelle (who is a P.A. and has a very impressive resume) took care of me and made me feel very at ease right from the start. I was secure in her knowledge of the treatment she was going to be administering on me. Michelle is very smart and has good communication skills. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in having her attend to my needs. The spa had the current health protocols in place so I felt safe upon entering.

Thank you Michelle for being so thorough and I am seeing my results already! I am sure I will be back and look forward to seeing you...
