Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Saratoga Springs

I go to this location with a friend wanting some ice cream. I order a raspberry cheesecake shake, and got a plain raspberry shake. We knew immediately what the shake was supposed to look like because we’ve been enough times (it had a vanilla wafer in it they only add those onto plain shakes), but we stir through the shake to see if it has cheesecake anyway because we’re not wanting to cause a scene. Eventually my friend goes back in to get a new one. I’ll spare the details of the story because this review is already really long, but basically my friend is asked to stir through the shake multiple times to see if there is any cheesecake, hears the employees bad-mouthing her to other employees, and is asked to wait until the the drive through line has died down and wait in line again to order a fresh one. I’m sorry but all this just for a shake? Me and my friend have both worked in food service so we understand and tried to be patient, but it was unbelievable how disrespectful it was. I gave you guys 2 stars because I’m nice and I still like arctic circle. I will be coming back, but not for a long while until the employees know how to do their jobs and have learned proper...

It’s always been something we‘ve done after concerts and normally we haven’t had a problem. But specifically tonight, we came in and the manager on shift was not extremely happy. We informed her that a large group of high schoolers would be coming in and she was very annoyed. while we were doing our thing (which we’ve done in the past) she yelled at a specific group for sitting on the back of the bench, rather than the actually seat part. I work in fast food so I completely understand the frustration of a manager when a large group comes in without warning, but I don’t believe the situation was handled in an appropriate manner. Several minutes after said yelling, she came over to our group and in a very demeaning way, proceeding to explain to high schoolers how to properly sit on a chair as if we were 2 year olds (mind you, we were al sitting properly ever since she got mad). I find that her way of fixing the problem was unnecessary and simply asking us to sit properly could’ve prevented humiliation on her end as well as ours. I understand that every manager is different, but some things from tonight’s shift could’ve been handled better and I would like to...

I love this place I definitely do not like going to any other Arctic Circle the Spanish Fork one is not a very good one to Santaquin one is not a very good one the people here in Saratoga are awesome it is hard because I drive a semi that will definitely not fit in the Drive-Thru I can call these guys anytime and they are willing to bring it to the door for me Tiffany is probably one of the best managers I've ever met she always takes care of me every time I come in they know who I am I love their Carrie dippers between her and Cat they know how to make it awesome vanilla Cherry topper I know it sounds funny but try eating an ice cream cone that is dripping all down your face well it's not like that with these two girls they make it just right so a big shout out to Tiffany & Cat over at Arctic Circle in Saratoga appreciate you girls keep up...
