Edgerly's Sew & Vac — Local services in Sault Ste. Marie

I have a small business (purrs to Paws pet creations) and use my sewing machine daily. Recently my sewing machine started giving me some problems with stitches, and my automatic threader stopped working. I called Edgerlys to see if they serviced my brand of machine. They did, so I took my machine in to be serviced. While waiting for a part to come in, I took in another machine to be checked out and cleaned, as well as a vacuum cleaner for a cleaning and belt replacement. My items were finished within days and the service was amazing! My machines are working great, and the vacuum worked like it was brand new. Never used their business But after how they repeatedly treated me since asking them to not the use the alley they park in as their personal race way. I live in the alley and have tried asking repeatedly for them to slow down as I have pets and children. Not only were they extremely rude. The lady told me to keep my dogs and kids outta the alley and we'd have no issue. Not a business I'd care to support. Yeah it's not the " customers" either as they claim. It's the the 2 lady's who work there. As for my illness I appreciate your sympathy. Lmao...

The individuals who helped me via phone call went above and beyond. I was looking for a specific vaccume filter, which turned out they didn’t carry, but took the extra steps to surface the ones I needed on other retail platforms! Thank you all so much!
