Had a very bad experience today 7-31-2019!!!!! Went in to buy a guinea pig for my daughter, she had the guinea pig in her arms, and a lady came with no Pet Supplies shirt or badge on or anything to say she was a worker there,and told my daughter and I we could not purchase her! Took her away from my daughter and said we could not purchase said guinea pig! In a very rude manner! We had just bought another guinea pig out of the same exact litter on the 28th and had no trouble purchasing then because this person (Lee Ann) was not there. I was at the check out about to purchase over $100 in product, when Lee Ann took a personal phone call, and looked at me and said; "Don't give me attitude!!!" I proceeded to put everything back, that I had picked out for my guinea pigs needs! Asked Will, who by the way is wonderful, has a great attitude, and is very knowledgeable about all the animals there! Asked him what that rude woman's name is, and he told me! I would really appreciate to see this woman has some kind of repercussion for her rude...

The employees will rarely greet you when you walk in and when you’re in the store you’ll see them standing around the front looking bored. I used to get my crickets there and everytime I’d ask it seemed like the biggest chore in the world. When they actually have to work they will make sure you’re aware of whatever mood they’re in. There was one nice guy there a long time ago though, but I’m pretty sure he doesn’t work there anymore unfortunately. They must have caught him being nice and helpful and fired the poor guy. Good for him though, his happy attitude made him overqualified for the job anyway.

This place really needs more attentive and respectful employees, went there on a weekend, and they were short staffed, and the line at the check out was extremely long. When my wife asked a girl who was stocking the shelves for help in the tropical fish area, she became annoyed and stated" Jesus Christ",I'm busy right now". Also previously did not stand by a sale priced item that was clearly marked, saying that this item was not at a discounted price, even though it was marked as such. We have been here a few times, and some of the employees are really nice, but the not so nice experiences we have had have outweighed the good. I wish there were other pet stores in this area, because I would not return to this store, but because of this limitation we are sort of stuck having to deal with...
