Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

I have family in the Soo but I’m in Nashville Tennessee right now and I ordered some pizza from here by accident thinking I was ordering near me. I called to cancel and he asked to put me on hold and then put me on hold before I could even answer. I’ve worked at a Pizza Hut for 2 years so I know how busy and frustrating it can get but we always wait for the person to answer before we put them on hold. Then when he answered and I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he laughed and said ok. So then I explained I’m in a different state and that’s why he wanted to cancel and then he all of the sudden started being nice. I have never in my life left a bad review anywhere but we’re on vacation right now and he ruined my whole mood. His behavior was completely unacceptable and disrespectful and I’ve gotten to the point where I didn’t sound very “nice” over the phone to some customers when we were slammed but I’ve never once laughed at a customer. Not thrilled with the app. Ordered 2&1/2 hours early for daughters bday party. App notified me the order was ready. I arrived on time and waited and waited, called and was told a couple more mins...waited some more finally went in and was told alot of people ordered for the same time. Fine, but why did the app send me a notification that my order was ready when it clearly was not. It seemed like there was no organization when it came to orders for the same time happened. I don't know if it was the app or the store itself because I was also told it was forgotten in the chaos. I was refunded most of my money. Which I was pleased with but I may just go someplace else with a better system and app that can handle several orders at a time. We went there Tuesday night for pizza. We're from out of town. Got seated and handed a menu. Waitperson came to take our order. My wife asked for a personal pan with just Mushrooms. We were told they were out of Mushrooms. So she went with just cheese. I asked for a personal Taco pizza. I was told they no longer have them but yet they were clearly on the menu. My next choice was a salad. I asked where were they on the menu? She said they aren't on the menu because they don't carry them anymore! So that was it. We left.
