Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

1/21/24 I ordered a simple order and they Still put everything i asked to be removed from my order on the food. Honestly done with this tbell. They clearly cant get anything correct. I work in the food industry and when someone asked for less or none i definitely dont add extra of the thing they want removed. Hire people who care or shut down cause you lost a customer and from these reviews im not the only one. In the last 5 years this tbell has gone into the ground. 1/10 for everything. This store sucks.

Iordered at 10:40 and was asked if I Still wanted my order due to them shutting the fryers and other stuff off early. I said yet I want my order. Proceed to wait 15 minutes for half my order missing and everything I asked to be removed like tomatoes and they didn't listen to anything I said clearly. This place has gone down hill the last 3 years. Definitely going else where till they hire people who actually wanna be in the food service. went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken quesadillas, 2 cheese quesadillas, and a taco pizza. we waited behind 2-3 other cars for around 20 minutes. that was fine, i didn’t mind, it seemed like they were getting a bit of a rush. but when i came up to the window, the guy had no idea what my order was and it was seemingly gone. our food had to be remade and so we waited for even longer. when we finally got the food, it was absolutely disgusting and i’m not a picky person. none of the quesadillas had any sauce and the two chicken had maybe two pieces of meat in it. i couldn’t finish it because i kept getting a slight taste of chemical cleaner as if someone had made it after dipping their hands in a sani bucket or something. we wasted almost $30 on food we couldn’t even eat, we aren’t from the area and were already out of town when we started to try and eat our food. just a warning to anyone who might want to visit here, just go...

First off , Yes I visited Taco Bell on Tuesday , with that being said I ordered 2 soft shell Tacos, 3 cheese rice and bean burritos with no sauce , 2 chicken quesadilla's with no sauce 😋 and after waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru because the lobby was closed at lunchtime, I get to the window and they ask ( would you like any sauce with that ) 😂 it not like it's even an up sell , and I already said no twice 😆 however, the ladies at both windows under the current employment as of this date , were very nice !
