I have to change my review. The people who work there are friendly and I've always been treated well but I stopped going after I bought two buy one get one deals on 200mg edibles and was given 100mg edibles to go with each one, which I find hard to believe wasn't on purpose. I didn't notice till I got back to Newberry. When I called I was told I could come back in to get it fixed, it's an hour drive. Your company sent me an email days ago saying to come back and get a free pre roll which the guy at the counter said he couldn't do because "it's probably a deal that starts in November, idk I can't find anything on it"... I can attach the email if you need, it's says nothing about November. It seems petty, I know, but letting an obviously upset customer walk over one free pre roll seems like a bad business practice. Anyways, hopefully this helps you better serve customers...

Never have I ever been so insulted. I put money in the tip jar after my purchase after i recieved my change and the cashier pulls the tip jar from me as im placing money in it like I'm gonna steal the tip jar. I mention it to him and he laughs shrugs his shoulders and says "yup". Never go there if you want to be treated like a thief. I call and the lady says yea we get alot of complaints on the same guy. Why keep him employed. That man is bad for your business. Lost me and I'm sure they've lost more customers over that guy. Read moreFirst time visitor and pretty novice when it comes to everything, but from the front desk to the bud room everyone was FANTASTIC. Jordan was welcoming and concise in explaining the process, Landon and Geno were both knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and making recommendations specific to my needs. Prices were also much more reasonable than I thought they might have been. All in all, I'll definitely make this my first stop for anything I need. I think some merch is in order for my next visit.
