Subway — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

Sandwich itself was okay, although they didn’t cut it all the way in half and I had to basically ripe it apart.

When I walked in, only two employees were in the front. Eventually, another joined. Several people were waiting behind me, and it took over 15 minutes to just get my one sandwich made and get out the door.

One employee spent a couple minutes just messing around with coins in the drawer/safe, and the one who started my sandwich started working on multiple mobile order sandwiches before mine was completed. My sandwich came out of the toaster, and then I still had to wait several minutes for him to finish it. In-person orders take priority over mobile orders….everybody knows that.

Was taking the food to-go, but I will say that the inside looked very small and not the cleanest.

I have been to many Subways over the years, and usually my experience is significantly better, so I have to give the honest review.

This is my second but last time I will use this Subway in town. First time the gal who took my order was very indifferent and snappy. Fair enough one time, everyone has a bad day.

This time at 6 pm I came in and had the extreme displeasure of the same gal taking my order again. Highlight being "I asked you if you wanted another sub! Not what you want on it!' Coupled with slapping my flatbread on the toasing mat and her tone of voice, awesomely horrible customer service. And I don't usually eat at Subway so I dont know if the flatbread is one size or not. Thank you for making sure I know for next time.

The other gal with the braid was great. Extremely pleasant and polite. She made our sandwiches amazingly too. Everything looked like a commercial at home. Again these were nicely done. She was the opposite of the other gal 100%.

I guess next time we want a sandwich we can roll the dice with the walmart location. I think that is a good...

I am visiting on vacation my family thought subway was the best choice for dinner we were advised this is the best location. Um no we called ahead to order our meal no answer it goes to voicemail..we found that odd and 2 people are working there. Ok. So we drove over it was kinda hard to hear over the counter and you had a lady employee screaming at my brother and sister about the order and even got our order wrong What is that about? This place we will never return to ever. Never have I ever experienced this type of verbal abuse. Please remove her from your staff. She making your business look pretty bad and unprofessional. No verbal abuse should be used towards customers at any time. Good lord learn some professional customer service.

I took one bite of the samwhich that was made all wrong and it tasted awful ended up throwing it all out never ever go back again. You lost a new customer sorry we wasted...
