Jennifer was so great to work with. Originally I wasn’t sure if I needed a day-of-coordinator, but our venue required one, so I found Champagne & Lace. Let me tell you - it is 10000% worth the investment! Numerous times I told people during the planning process that I could tell that Jen was a “no messing around type of gal”, and because of that, I was so dang confident that our day would go flawless with her support. The day after our wedding I had asked people, “So, what went wrong that I didn’t hear about?” and there were very, very minimal things (probably because of Jennifer), but the things that did go wrong, got resolved instantly, and with no knowledge to me. She helped us build our timeline, managed all of our vendors, and contacted them week-of, to ensure that everyone had all of the details organized. She met with us for our venue walk through and brought a lot of good ideas to our attention. She also helped us with our crazy idea of taping 170 pull tabs to the bottom of our guests' chairs haha. We also wanted our dog to be a part of our wedding day, so we booked a pet-attendant through C&L and were SO happy. Our dog is very shy around strangers, and he had some health issues come up the week leading up to our wedding. Howie fell in love with Tina, his attendant, and we are forever grateful for that experience. Three weeks post wedding and I would still put Champagne and Lace up against any other wedding planning service! Working with Jennifer, it’s truly hard to speak of ALL the amazing aspects that her and her team helped accomplish for our special day. I sought out her company specifically for day of coordination and floral, but the whole time leading up to the wedding it would have felt as if I asked her to help with full planning. That’s how valued I felt as a client. From day one, talking with Jennifer gave me reassurance and sense a friendship as she creates a space that is personable, realistic, and as friendly as if she were just one of the gals. She doesn’t base her services off of giving you a bullet point list of the things she “will and will not” do as I noticed frequently when searching for coordination help. She was available at any time and was always unbothered by whatever crazy bride questions I brought up to her.

For the big day, we were fortunate to be paired with Emma, who had such a similar presence to Jen and truly ran our day as smooth as possible. Any major or minor issue, Emma handled without our knowing. She had the best attitude all day and helped make us feel so special!

Hiring Jen/ Champagne and Lace was one of our best decisions!! Jen was exactly what we needed in a wedding coordinator and was so patient with us. Her meticulous attention to detail ensured that everything went off without a hitch, and she kept everything on schedule without ever feeling rushed. The day flowed so seamlessly, we were able to just enjoy ourselves without worrying about anything behind the scenes.

Jen’s professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. She made sure every element was in place and followed through on all the little details we’d discussed in the planning process. Something that really stands out is she recommended that my husband and I have a moment alone right after the ceremony and she dropped off our signature drinks to enjoy in that moment. It’s one of my most precious moments from the day and we owe it all to her.
